Lionel is responsible for the coverage of UBS Investment banking activities

also responsible for real estate corporate finance and principal investment
activities across Europe. Overall, Lionel has led with success over seventeen
years of experience more than €80 billion of Real Estate transactions,
Equity issues, debt financing, risk management and other strategic advisory

Michael is the Chief Executive Officer of the Real Property Association
of Canada ("REALpac"). His role encompasses strategic planning,
policy formulation, government relations, member recruitment and retention,
and overseeing office operations. One of Michael's key roles is being proactive
with the real estate community in Canada and internationally, and ensuring
REALpac is seen as a thought leader on policy and government relations
issues locally, nationally and internationally. Michael has consistently

Professional Experience:
Dr. Chan is a founding partner of Stanley & Partners. He is the Head
of the fund management, research and consulting department, providing real
estate investment management, market and feasibility studies, corporate
strategy, financial advisor and project financing services. He particularly
focuses on China real estate investment for overseas investors and international
funds. He has successfully assisted major international investment banks
such as Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, Wachovia and Macquarie
Bank to make their real estate investment projects in China. He is also
involved in all key processes such as deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation
and government approval.
Dr. Chan was an academic advisor and a professor for MBA students at Newport
University, and he once taught at Curtin Technology University in Hong
Kong. He also served as an on-site Head of Engineering for Hong Kong Shui
On Group, in charge of overall project coordination and planning. To ensure
the quality of the project, he effectively set up the ISO9002/14000 quality
management system. While he was working in the US, he worked as a Project
Manager in Gerald Mele Associates, Inc. in charge of consulting and Engineering
Studies. He has gained international experience and in-depth knowledge
of real estate finance and residential, commercial and industrial development
in the China, Hong Kong and US markets.

Philip W. Charls

After graduating from the University of Leiden in 1974, Philip practiced
law for three years in The Hague. He joined the Nationale Nederlanden,
life insurance division of ING, in 1977 where he was engaged in various
management positions. In 1991 he was appointed Senior Vice-President of
Life of Georgia in Atlanta (USA). Life of Georgia was ING's major life
operation in the USA at the time. In 1993 Philip joined RVS Insurance (ING
Group) in Belgium as CEO where he managed a restructure of the company.
In 2001 he was appointed General Manager of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce
for Belgium and Luxembourg, where he successfully implemented a turnaround
based on an e-commerce business strategy and creation of business partnerships.
On 1 September 2007 Philip Charls was appointed CEO of EPRA (European Public
Real Estate Association). EPRA represents the listed real estate companies
in Europe.
Philip as board member, has been actively involved in professional associations
which include the Commission of Consumer Affairs of the Dutch Social Economic
Council, the Board of the Belgian Insurance Association, CEA, Paris, (European
Insurance Federation) and LIMRA International, Hartford, (Life Insurance

Tim Church

As Head of Real Estate in JPMorgan's Investment Banking Division, Tim's
primary responsibility is for the Listed and Unlisted Property Trust sector.
Prior to joining JPMorgan, Tim was Managing Director, Head of Real Estate
with Goldman Sachs JBWere for 8 years. Tim has been involved in raising
over $15 billion worth of new capital in the Listed Property Trust sector
including a wide range of new listings from the largest ever Property Trust
sector IPO, the Commonwealth Property Office Fund; Bunnings Warehouse Property
Trust; James Fielding US Industrial Trust; and APN European Retail Trust
In addition to acting for a large number of listed entities, Tim has also
been involved in a wide range of unlisted and direct property transactions.
These include five Australand Wholesale Property Trusts with assets totaling
$800m and sale of major direct property assets, such as Macquarie Goodman's
stake in 475 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood and Colonial's $500m industrial
portfolio
Tim has also acted as adviser to the Gandel Retail Trust on the demerger
of the Colonial First State Diversified Trust; adviser to Investa Property
Group on the takeover of Principal Office Fund; adviser to Australand on

Peter Cosmetatos

British Property Federation (BPF)
Peter is Director, Finance and Investment at the British Property Federation,
with responsibility for formulating and articulating BPF policy on a wide
range of tax and related issues of interest to the industry.
Before joining the BPF, Peter worked as a tax lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus
Deringer and at Wragge & Co with, in each case, a strong focus on property
and property finance work. After more than ten years in private practice
watching helplessly as the tax system grew ever more complex and helping
to structure transactions in the face of that increasing complexity, he
is relishing the broader role and greater policy focus of work at the BPF.
His expertise brings a new dimension to the technical capabilities available
to the BPF, providing an in-depth understanding of the rapidly changing
legislative environment that is driving the development of REITs and property

Hiroshi Danno

Since he joined Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. in 1973, Mr. Danno has been
involved in the distribution and development of real estate properties.
In 1999, he was appointed General Manager of the Urban Development and
Real Estate Investment Promotion Department, and fostered the development
of income-generating real estate properties such as office buildings, retail
properties, and rented accommodations, leveraging on real estate securitization.
In April 2005, he was appointed Senior Executive Officer and General Manager
of the Development and Investment Department, and has been in the current
position since June 2005.
In 2001 when the J-REIT market was established, Mr. Danno was, as a pioneer
of Japan's real estate investment market, responsible for the establishment
of Japan Real Estate Investment Corporation, for which Mitsubishi Estate
has served as one of the main sponsors, and of Mitsubishi Jisho Investment
Advisors, Inc., a private real estate fund manager. In 2002, he was involved
in the founding of Ascott International Management (Japan) Company Limited,
a joint venture between Mitsubishi Estate and the Ascott Group Limited,
a Singaporean firm, for development of serviced apartments.
In 2002, Mr. Danno served as Chairman of the Systems Committee, and in
2007, as Chairman of the Management Committee, of the Association for Real
Estate Securitization. In 2005, he was appointed expert member of the First
Subcommittee of the Sectional Committee on Financial System of the Financial
System Council.
He received a BA in economics from Hitotsubashi University in 1973.

Pietro A. Doran

Pietro Doran has over 25 years of Real Estate industry experience. He is
Chairman, Principal Partner and Founder of Doran Capital Partners ("DCP"),
a diversified real estate investment and fund management firm established
in 2002. DCP is the first Korea based fund manager with over $1 billion
in discretionary and non-discretionary capital under management.
He served as a Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for the $30
billion New Songdo City development located in Incheon, Korea of a joint
venture between The Gale Company headquartered in New Jersey and POSCO
Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of POSCO, Korea.
Mr. Doran is credited with laying the financial foundations of this project
having structured the first non-recourse land development financing done
in Korea. During his tenure with Gale he raised over$1.85 billion in financing.
He also served as Senior Investment Advisor to the Morgan Stanley Real
Estate Fund (MSREF) and was CEO of Morgan Properties accumulating an investment
portfolio valued at over $1 billion in non-performing loans and direct
property acquisitions.
Considered a pioneer in laying the foundations of Korea's modern real estate
market Mr. Doran founded Korea's first international property services
company in 1991 and later established the nation's first 100% foreign owned
real estate firm later acquired by MSREF. Mr. Doran is credited with advancing
modern standards in real estate appraisal and property valuation through
introduction of income based valuation methodology.
Mr. Doran has written many articles and papers on the Korean and Asian
property markets is the author of what is now a well known thesis regarding
the increasing integration of North Asia's property markets entitled: "The
Yellow Sea Economic Basin: The Rising Dragon of Asia". Mr. Doran is
a frequently invited speaker to both Korean and International property
symposiums and conferences.
He holds a MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received
a BS from the University of Massachusetts (Cum laude).

David Edwards

David Edwards is responsible for working with Asia Pacific senior management

He was a Portfolio Manager and a Managing Director of Nomura Real Estate
Investment since 2004. Prior to that he was involved in establishment of
Nomura Real Estate Investment Management in 2001 and was responsible for

company's investment activities, which was launched in 1990 as a JV with

Daisuke Hamaguchi

Catherine R. Kinney is Head of Global Listings and Group Executive Vice
President, NYSE Euronext. She is a member of the NYSE Euronext Management
Committee.
Mrs. Kinney, who is based in Paris, is responsible for overseeing the company's
global listings and NYSE Euronext marketing and branding.
Prior to that position, she was Group Executive Vice President of the New
York Stock Exchange since June 1995. Since 1986, Mrs. Kinney was responsible
for managing trading-floor operations and technology.
Mrs. Kinney joined the NYSE in 1974 and rose through the ranks, holding
management positions in several divisions, including Technology Planning,
Sales and Marketing, Operations and Regulation.

Nori Gerardo Lietz

Nori Gerardo Lietz is a Partner, chief strategist for private real estate
and chairman of the private real estate investment committee. Prior to
joining Partners Group in the San Francisco office, she was Managing Partner
and Chief Executive Officer of Pension Consulting Alliance, a global leader
in real estate investment consulting, which she co-founded in 1988. Previously,
she co-founded Public Storage Management, Inc., an institutional money
management firm deploying pension capital to acquire real estate assets.
Furthermore, she was an attorney specializing in SEC and ERISA matters
on behalf of pension funds, real estate managers and real estate pension
consultants. Ms. Lietz graduated with honors from Stanford University and
holds a juris doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. She is a former member
of the Pension Real Estate Association Board of Directors and of the Real
Estate Research Institute. She is a Lecturer at the Harvard Business School,
and has guest lectured at the Wharton Business School and MIT Center for
Real Estate. In 2006, she was named one of the 30 most influential individuals
in Private Real Estate worldwide.

Mary is the firm's Director of Global Investment Research. She is the author
of numerous articles and research studies relating to real estate markets,
portfolio management and strategy. Mary is a member of Heitman's Board

Prior to joining Heitman, she was an urban planner for the City of Chicago
and she worked in retail site location.
Mary holds an AB from Vassar College and an MA and PhD from Northwestern
University. Among other professional affiliations, she has just completed
her term as Chairman of the Board of the Pension Real Estate Association.
She remains a member of the PREA board. She is a former president of the
National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries. She was named a

John Lutzius

John is responsible for developing Green Street's business outside of the
U.S. He is based in London and is building a team to cover European real
estate securities.
John's prior roles at Green Street have included Chief Executive Officer,
President, and Senior Research Analyst. While a U.S. analyst, John authored
research reports on over forty real estate companies in a variety of property
sectors. He is a two-time winner of the Wall Street Journal's "Best
on the Street" award in the REIT category.
Before joining Green Street, John worked in the treasury department of
Citibank in New York and the leveraged lending group of Security Pacific
National Bank in Los Angeles.
John earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University and a B.S. from the

Ichiro Makijima

Ichiro Makijima started his career at Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. in 1974,
and was engaged in various commercial real estate development businesses.
Prior to joining the Council for Real Estate Syndication (a predecessor
of ARES) in 2001 as Secretary General, he was General Manager of the Nihonbashi
Projects Planning Group of the Office Building Portfolio Management Department.
He has been serving his current position at ARES since its establishment
in December 2002.
Ichiro also serves as a committee member of commercial real-estate appraisals
of the National Land Development Council and a director of the Japan Securities
Investment Advisers Association. He received B.A. from The University of
Tokyo.

Peter Mitchell

Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA)
APREA is a non-profit trade association which was established to represent
the listed real estate sector in Asia-Pacific. It enjoys a particularly
close relationship with both NAREIT in the US and EPRA in Europe. It has
over 130 members (from Australia, Japan, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Malaysia,
the Philippines, Korea, the Middle East, US and Europe, amongst others).
Members come from listed real estate companies, REIT managers, investors
and investment banks, amongst others.
Peter holds degrees in economics and law and practised as a lawyer in Australia
and Singapore for many years, specializing in international property transactions
with particular focus on securitized property.
He has lived in Singapore for 8 years.
He has been involved in REIT and other property and foreign investment
transactions in numerous countries in the region, including Singapore,

of real estate, infrastructure and private equity investments on behalf
of its institutional and retail clients across the world. Mr. Roeloffs
is responsible for RREEF's Asia Pacific businesses which range from Japan
to Australia/New Zealand and to the Indian Sub-Continent. RREEF's assets
under Asia Pacific management is approximate stet US$10 billion. RREEF
is a division of Deutsche Asset Management within the Deutsche Bank Group.
Since 1997, Mr. Roeloffs has directed nearly US$4.0 billion of equity investments
on behalf of RREEF and its clients. Previously, he was a Managing Director
of Bankers Trust's Real Estate Investment Banking Group where he completed
over US$10 billion of advisory, equity and debt assignments from 1989 to
1997, as well as founding its Asia business in 1994. Prior to joining Bankers
Trust, Mr. Roeloffs was a project manager for Trammell Crow Company in
its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office, where he managed the development
of a 750,000 square foot office park; including financing, construction,
leasing, and property management.
Mr. Roeloffs is a member of The Asia Society, The Japan Society and the
Urban Land Institute where he has served on its Japan Council. He is Counselor
to the Trustees of the Japan International Christian University Foundation.
Mr. Roeloffs received a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the
Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has been a lecturer in the
Masters Degree programs of The Wharton School, The Kellog School, The Darden
School and the New York University. Mr. Roeloffs resides in Singapore with
his family.

Atsushi Saito

Born in October 1939 in Kumamoto prefecture, Mr. Saito graduated from Keio
University in 1963 then went on to work at Nomura Securities Co., Ltd.
for 35 years. During that time he was stationed twice in New York for a
total of 10 years, and in 1986 he was appointed as a member of the board.
At Nomura, Mr. Saito worked in Treasury and Fixed Income Dealing and several
other divisions, overseeing operations in a broad range of areas from treasury
to legal affairs. During his tenure here he served as Deputy President
and in many other executive roles.
While in New York in the latter half of the 1980's, Mr. Saito was actively
involved in the securitization of non-performing loans, real estate and
commodities, as well as the development and sale of index funds and other
products.
He has also committed his efforts to the liberalization of financial services
in Japan, participating in the planning of the Japanese financial "Big
Bang" policy promoted by the Hashimoto cabinet by acting as a member
of several governmental deliberation councils.
After retiring from Nomura, Mr. Saito served successively as President,
then Chairman of Sumitomo Life Investment Co., Ltd., where he participated
in company administration and the management of 10 trillion yen in pension
capital.
In April of 2003, Mr. Saito became president of the Industrial Revitalization
Corporation of Japan – a part of the government's financial revitalization
project – where he engaged in many revitalization support programs. While
at this corporation, he played a significant role in the resolution of
the country's non-performing loan problem, and blazed a trail for corporate
restructuring in the future.
Mr. Saito was appointed President and CEO of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
in June of 2007, and in August of the same year became the first President
and CEO of Tokyo Stock Exchange Group, Inc., the holding company for the
market operation company and the self-regulation corporation. Many have
high expectations for his expertise towards strengthening the international
competitiveness of Japan's financial markets

Koji Sawada graduated from Hitotsubashi University (BA in Commerce) and

He joined ARES in 2003 and has been engaged in researching and analyzing
activities such as researching on the Japanese real-estate securitization
market, editing of Real-Estate Securitization Handbook, and developing
the ARES J-REIT Property Index by using disclosed data of their own properties.
He is an ARES Certified Master (ACM) and a Chartered Member of The Security
Analysts Association of Japan (CMA).

Yuta Seki is the Chief Representative of the New York Office of Nomura
Institute of Capital Markets Research (NICMR). Mr. Seki joined the former
Nomura Research Institute (NRI) in April, 1990. NICMR became independent
from NRI in April, 2004. NICMR is an independent research organization
focused on financial policies and systems and is an affiliate of Nomura
Securities Co. Ltd. of Tokyo. Mr. Seki has published a number of research
papers focusing on financial services and systems as well as securitization
and alternative investments.
Mr. Seki was promoted to Senior Analyst in July 2001 at NRI and was assigned
to the Chief Representative post in New York in April 2004 when NICMR was
established. Mr. Seki graduated with a B.A. in Law from Keio University
in Tokyo and received an M.B.A. in finance and real estate from Marshall
School of Business at University of Southern California. Mr. Seki is a
Chartered Member of Security Analysts in Japan and was a lecturer at the
Round Table on Capital Market Reform in Asia held by OECD and Asian Development
Bank Institute (April, 1999). He has lectured the Corporate Finance and
Investment Banking at Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan (April-September,
2003).

Mr. Tomikawa is General Manager of Solution Services Department, Real Estate
Solution Services Department. Previously he was Managing Director in charge
of Mitsui Fudosan Investment Advisors, Inc. (MFIA). He is one of the founding
members of MFIA established in October of 1997. He is responsible for MFIA's
real estate investment advisory services with institutional investors,
particularly from overseas.
Prior to joining MFIA, Mr. Tomikawa was Associate Manager of New Business
Promotion Team in New Business and Information Promotion Department at
Mitsui Fudosan Company, MFIA's parent.
Between 1989 and 1995 Mr. Tomikawa was Vice President at Mitsui Fudosan's
New York subsidiary, Mitsui Fudosan (New York), Inc. Mr. Tomikawa oversaw
the asset management of Mitsui Fudosan's East Coast portfolio including
1251 Avenue of the Americas and 461 Fifth Avenue buildings.
From 1985 to 1986 Mr. Tomikawa was Project Manager for the development
of Mitsui Fudosan's 100-room hotel in Katmandu, Nepal, Hotel Himalayas
Katmandu. Mr. Tomikawa started his career at Mitsui Fudosan's Condominium
Development Department in 1983.
Mr. Tomikawa was an adjunct lecturer at Keio University between 1998 and
2007 and he has been a member of the Real Estate Finance Advisory Group
at Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge since 2006.
He received B.A. in Economics in 1983 from Keio University and an M.B.A.
in 1988 from Harvard Business School.

Steven A. Wechsler is president and chief executive officer of NAREIT (the
National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts), the worldwide representative
voice for REITs and publicly traded real estate companies with an interest
in U.S. real estate and capital markets. He directs all NAREIT programs
and services. In this capacity, Mr. Wechsler is a leading advocate of the
REIT approach to real estate investment. NAREIT's members are REITs and
other businesses throughout the world that own, operate and finance income-producing
real estate, as well as those firms and individuals who advise, study and
service those businesses. Previously, Mr. Wechsler was president and chief
executive of the National Realty Committee, now known as The Real Estate
Roundtable (RER), which represents the nation's leading real estate owners,
